Nsight delivers chronic care management solutions using AI-enhanced remote monitoring to improve patient outcomes. The existing brand had grown complex and technical, but didn’t reflect the company’s human-centric mission or command credibility in the healthcare tech space.

Discovery & Research
We began with interviews with the CEO and VP of Marketing, coupled with competitive analysis. These insights clarified key personas and strategic differentiators.

Strategy & Concept Development
We explored mood boards rooted in strategic themes, iterating toward a unifying idea that placed the patient at the center of care. The chosen concept, “Parts of a Whole: A 360° View of Patient Care,” visually and emotionally grounded the brand’s purpose.

Visual Identity Design
From strategy came system:

  • Dozens of logo iterations distilled into a mark representing wholeness and care continuity
  • A refined visual language — typography, color, imagery, and iconography — that balances trust, tech, and empathy
  • Brand elements designed to communicate clarity and confidence across touchpoints
